As a parent or legal guardian, I hereby consent for the child named above to be recorded in any format (i.e. audio recordings, video recordings and photographs) in connection with this event. I further grant Redemption Bible Church and its representatives permission to use such recordings for any lawful purpose whether in print or electronically including but not limited to such uses as advertising, publicity, social media and web content.
